Workshops are for you if:

You’re looking for a new way to practice self care. Art therapy workshops can feel like a spa treatment for your brain, without the spa treatment price tag.

Workshops May not be for you if:

You need more personalized support. Since these workshops are in a group format, one-on-one time with me is rare. If you’re looking for more support, consider private art therapy sessions.

What if I’m terrible at drawing?

That’s great! I am too. No previous art experience is necessary to benefit from art therapy. In art therapy, it’s not about artistic skill - it’s just about expression. If you can make a mark on a piece of paper with an art material, art therapy can help you reach your goals.

How much do workshops cost?

Workshops range from $44 - $74, depending on the length of time and materials involved. The ticket price includes all of your art materials, use of my studio equipment, and a snack for workshop attendees.

Do I have to reserve a spot?

In most cases, I have a limited number of tickets available, so it’s always a good idea to reserve a spot if you know you want to attend. In the rare event that a workshop isn’t sold out, walk-ins are welcome.

I’m looking for more personalized support. Can you help?

Yes! I offer private art therapy sessions for folks who need more support than my workshops can provide. In these sessions, we’ll meet weekly to decrease chronic stress and work toward your goals using art therapy.
