Draw. Paint. Feel better.

[Results-Based Statement (above): This statement should communicate that your ideal client’s desired results are possible without saying “your desired results are possible.”]

You’re busy. You don’t have time to sit in therapy for years, taking tiny baby steps toward your goals, one hour at a time. Art therapy can cut through the clutter and get straight to the heart of the matter, so you can ease tension, gain clarity, and find relief fast. Private sessions offer the opportunity to work with me one-on-one so I can tailor my guidance to your specific needs.

[Empathize & Connect: This paragraph should empathize with your ideal client’s current experience and communicate that you thoroughly understand. Simply saying “I understand” won’t cut it. You have to show them that you get it.]

If chronic stress is causing other chronic problems in your life, one-on-one art therapy can help.

While my group workshops are great for occasional stress-relief, I offer private sessions to folks who want to take a more proactive role in their mental, emotional, and relational health.

Many of my one-on-one art therapy clients use our time together to work on breaking old relationship patterns, navigate big life changes, or heal from traumas that happened in the past.

Whatever your stress-reduction goals are, I’ll help you express, understand, and heal so that you can start feeling like yourself again.

[Use these paragraphs to clarify what types of life experiences can benefit from this service. Talk about the benefits that past clients have seen and the results that your ideal client can expect.]

How is Art Therapy different than regular therapy?

Instead of only talking in your session, we’ll use art as another way to communicate what’s going on for you. Sometimes, it’s easier to say something in line, shape, or color than it is to find the words for it. That being said, if you don’t want to do art in every single session, we don’t have to.

How many private sessions can I attend? How Long will I be in therapy?

If we’re a good fit to work together, we’ll meet every week (or every other week) for as long as you need. Some clients attend private sessions for a few months, and other come back for a year or more. It all depends on your goals.

How do I get started?

Start by booking a free, 15-minute intro call. During our call, I’ll ask you some questions about your life, and you’ll have time to ask me about myself or my work to decide if I’ll be the right art therapist for you. If we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule your first session at the Canvas & Brush studio, and we’ll go from there!

I’m looking for occasional stress-relief, not weekly therapy. Can you help?

Yes! My group workshops are great for occasional stress-relief if weekly therapy isn’t an option right now. Check out my upcoming workshops to find a time that works for you.
